Section 31A
Receipt of Mohiyanihak or your issue regarding mine

(1) In relation to a piece of land, the decision of the designated authority shall be made by the designated authority regarding the acquisition of Mohiyani rights or the loss of Mohiyani rights as per this paragraph.
(2) According to the decision made by the designated authority under sub-section (1), the relevant person will be given a period of 15 days to allow the land to be sold.
